Shopify can generate a base Terms of Service template, which you can then customise for your store.

Add these GiftsApp-specific clauses to the generated terms:

Personalised Product Terms

By placing an order with GiftsApp, the customer confirms that:

• The information provided is accurate
• The customer has permission to use the submitted photos, videos, music, names, and other content
• The submitted content does not violate another person’s privacy, copyright, or legal rights
• GiftsApp may use the submitted files only as necessary to design, produce, test, and deliver the order

Customer-provided content

The customer is responsible for checking the quality, spelling, names, dates, and content submitted for personalisation.

GiftsApp is not responsible for poor output caused by blurry, cropped, low-resolution, corrupted, or incorrectly formatted customer files.

We may refuse content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or infringes third-party rights.

Product appearance

Colours may appear slightly different because of:

• Mobile or computer screen settings
• Printing processes
• Lighting
• Material variation

Small differences that do not affect normal use will not be treated as defects.
