Replacement and Refund Policy

Our products are personalised specifically for each customer. Therefore, personalised products cannot normally be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind.

Consumer grievance and fair-redressal rights remain important, so genuine cases should be handled clearly and fairly.

Replacement & Refund is available when

A replacement may be provided if:

  • The product arrives physically damaged
  • The customer receives the wrong product
  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect
  • The scanning feature does not work because of an error from our side

Replacement & Refund request requirements

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear Unboxing of the product
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  • A complete unboxing video recorded from before opening the package
  • A short video showing the issue

Requests without sufficient evidence may not be accepted.
